Seriously, I was hoping I was pregnant this past month just so I could wear maternity clothes and be done with it. Why? Well, because that's easier than getting back on the treadmill and giving up my ice cream!
I know, that's a stupid idea, exercise while pregnant and a healthy diet is key - I'm just frustrated. CJ finally got back on the treadmill and tomorrow I need to start again. I have had bronchitis for 2 weeks now and even though I still have a cough, it's not too bad and I need to get back into a routine.
I really do hate the way I feel lately and I do remember feeling so much better when I was exercising daily and eating healthy. Why is it so tough to get back on track?
